Vivi & Noo is located in the Castle district of Bedford. Our sessions take place in The Loft— a welcoming upstairs space above the main café. The café is closed during session times, giving us a dedicated space to use however the session naturally unfolds.​

 

Breathing for Parents

A calm, supportive breathwork session designed for parents — with or without your baby.
​

Pre-walking babies are warmly welcome, and the session allows for a relaxed, baby-led atmosphere. Attendees should expect the occasional sound or interruption, and that’s part of the design: a real, grounded space that adapts to life with little ones.

These sessions offer simple, effective techniques to help you steady the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a greater sense of calm throughout the day.

As a parent myself — and a former stay-at-home dad — I know the emotional rollercoaster of early parenthood and the challenge of finding even a few minutes for self-care. Breathwork can be a small, realistic way to support your own wellbeing while modelling that same care to your little one.

What to expect:
• Gentle, guided breathing practices that are easy to learn
• Techniques to help settle your body after tough moments
• Tools you can use at home to return to sleep more easily
• A relaxed session that accommodates natural baby-led interruptions
• No equipment needed — a chair is provided

A guided breathwork session for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, and feel calmer and more grounded in daily life.

These sessions combine simple, practical techniques with structured guidance to support better breathing, more stable energy, and a sense of embodied confidence.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or already familiar, the session offers space to settle your nervous system, reset during a busy day, and learn tools you can take into everyday moments.

• Expert, step-by-step instruction
• Practical breathing methods you can use immediately
• A mix of calm, steady practices and gentle energising work
• Safe, supportive, structured guidance
• No equipment needed — a chair is provided

1-1 Sessions and Short Courses

A single 40-minute 1-1 session is a good way to experience the benefits of breathwork and decide whether ongoing functional breathing coaching may be helpful for you.

Most people begin with a four-session introductory course. After this, you can continue with regular coaching or book occasional refresher sessions as needed. You’ll learn about the three pillars of functional breathing — biochemistry, biomechanics, and psychophysiology — and how to work with each to support your own health and wellbeing.

Sessions are tailored to you and typically last around 40 minutes.​

Flexible pricing per session for 1-1 coaching and courses:

1-1 Coaching At My Home (MK41)
£20 a reduced concessionary rate for anyone who needs it
£30 standard rate
£40+ optional higher rate if your money situation is comfortable

1-1 Coaching At Happy Body Project (MK45)
£40 a reduced concessionary rate for anyone who needs it
£50 standard rate
£60+ optional higher rate if your money situation is comfortable

1-1 Online Coaching
£20 a reduced concessionary rate for anyone who needs it
£30 standard rate
£40+ optional higher rate if your money situation is comfortable

Pure Breath - In-Person Group Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking for a full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice before your session begins.

If you need to change your plans, you may transfer your ticket to another date up to 1 hour before the session. Each booking includes one transfer only.

Cancellations or transfer requests made less than 1 hour before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because your place has already been held and cannot be offered to someone else at short notice.

If something urgent or unexpected happens on the day, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Pure Breath — 1-1 Coaching and Short Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments can be made by card or BACS.

Payment for 1-1 sessions is required at least three days before the session date or at the time of booking if the first session is within three days.

Short courses are paid in full in advance.

Once we schedule your sessions, they are considered confirmed appointments.

However, I understand that life happens — if you need to move a session, you can request to reschedule as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If unexpected circumstances mean you’re no longer able to complete your 1-1 sessions or short course, you’re welcome to request a refund for any remaining sessions.

If approved, the refund will be processed minus a small 5% transaction fee.

Pure Breath retains the right to cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If this ever happens, your session will be rescheduled at no cost to you.
